North Korea an Ever Present ever Annoying Threat!

blog layouts
Every time North Korea goes into one of its bad moods and launches nuclear missiles, we who live just on the other side and much too close for comfort get lumps caught in our throats and feel shivers run down our spines. We pray that whatever unresolved issues they have between them, they will not light up their powder keg while we are still here in Japan.
layout for myspaceWhether it is just to get attention, like a child with a bad case of untreated ADD or to flex its military muscle North Korea has that uncanny ability to get Japan's knickers in a twist. Usually these little displays of power will end up in five way or six way Negotiation Talks. Usually it will just die down and people go about their lives as before but what if the next time it won't end so peacefully?
What if neighbors such as Japan will take an extreme stand and retaliate?
What if the next time North Korea will have bitten off more than it can chew?
I'd say get me and my family on the first plane outta here!

What has been happening in the past is that after every test world leaders would quickly criticize North Korea's actions. Those who have higher stakes in the problem would scram layout for myspace for allies to help put out the so called fire of dissension and point out the harm these testings can do for peace and stability in the region. The leaders go through their usual routine, closed meetings, diplomatic talks , proposed economic sanctions etc. When they feel they have diffused the troublesome situation somewhat, even if the issue hasn't been thoroughly discussed and settled in a satisfactory manner. They will pack away their big guns thinking their work is done. The nex time North Korea kicks up its antics the world leaders go through the same song and dance all over again.

What I don't get is that this is a country that Red Cross and other Relief Organizations donate food and other supplies to yet they seem to all have the blog Layouts to fund and test a nuclear program.

The following is a report by MARI YAMAGUCHI a journalist for Associated Press Writer with more on these latest develpments:

Japan was badly rattled by North Korea's missile tests last week and several government officials openly discussed whether the country ought to take steps to better defend itself, including setting up the legal framework to allow Tokyo to launch a pre-emptive strike against Northern missile sites.
blog Layouts "If we accept that there is no other option to prevent an attack ... there is the view that attacking the launch base of the guided missiles is within the constitutional right of self-defense. We need to deepen discussion," Chief Cabinet Secretary Shinzo Abe said.
blog Layouts Japan's constitution currently bars the use of military force in settling international disputes and prohibits Japan from maintaining a military for warfare. Tokyo, however, has interpreted that to mean it can have armed troops to protect itself, allowing the existence of its 240,000-strong Self-Defense Forces.

Despite resistance from China and Russia, Japan has pushed for a U.N. Security Council resolution that would prohibit nations from procuring missiles or missile-related "items, materials goods and technology" from North Korea. A vote was possible in New York later Monday.
blog Layouts "It's important for the international community to express a strong will in response to the North Korean missile launches," Abe said. "This resolution is an effective way of expressing that." China and Russia, both nations with veto power on the council, have voiced opposition to the measure. Kyodo News agency reported Monday, citing unnamed Chinese diplomatic sources, that China may use its veto on the Security Council to block the resolution.
blogThe United States, Britain and France have expressed support for the proposal, while Japanese Foreign Minister Taro Aso has said there is a possibility that Russia will abstain

blog images Its a pity we can't call upon the Justice League and see the Super Hero Folks in action wiping out all the nuclear facilities that pose threats to the safety of every human life. Anyways God is everywhere and he will take care of us like he always has. Until then.

things have somewhat quieted down in our neck of da woods but knowing how crazy these people are once is most likely lulled into false sense of security and then wham they start up again.
Neeways hope some kind of solution can be found for the troubles happening near u guys.
Too many innocent lives have been lost during such attacks.
Real peace can never be attained thru violence.
There is no guarantees that it will last.
You guys take care and here is to hoping and praying that these problems will not escalate into a full scale war. The world has seen enough bloodshed to last a thousand lifetimes.
